Customized Vacuum-formed Fibre Shapes for High Temperatures
These shapes are made with thermal insulation fibre using vacuum moulding techniques. Their fibrous structure provides excellent insulating characteristics, low density, and high resistance to thermal shock. Depending on their formulation, the shapes can operate up to 1600°C. This allows for improved mechanical, corrosion, and chemical attack resistance.
Because the shapes are customized, they can have their characteristics altered according to each customer's requirements. This includes factors such as density and surface hardness. The main parameters, such as operating temperature and insulating performance, are maintained.
